ABOUT THE BURNOUT PROJECT

Caring for the Heart of Healthcare

The Burnout Project is dedicated to advocating for mental health, wellness, and community engagement, with a mission to inspire and empower those who serve others. We focus on providing leadership, education, and advocacy through a diverse range of activities including medical mission work, mental health-focused retreats, creative outlets and leadership opportunities.

By integrating wellness-centric experiences, presentations, comedy and podcast discussions with industry leaders into our approach, we aim to foster a culture that prioritizes mental health awareness, passion, self care and respect in the workforce that integrates into everyday life. At the heart of The Burnout Project is a commitment to creating a lasting legacy—a movement built on passion, inspiration, and community. Our work is driven by a vision where mental health is understood, embraced, and supported. We believe in building a culture where advocacy is not only encouraged but celebrated and respected.

Through education and innovative events, we empower individuals to pursue leadership roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and impactful community involvement.

Our goal is to sponsor a surgical team for a medical mission trip to Guatemala.
